Thimbleby - Part 1

The conservation area is located at the east end of the village. The boundary encompasses The Old rectory and churchyard, Dawber Lane, North Street and properties on the B1190 up to no. 4. The conservation area covers a total area of 3.32 hectares.

The conservation area is primarily residential.

The conservation area contains 9 Grade II listed buildings and 1 Grade II* listed building (White Cottage - Late C16 with C18 addition and C20 alterations mud and stud).
