Swanpool conservation area is located in a suburb to the south west of the city. It occupies an area of 5.79 hecatres and comprises land and properties on Skellingthorpe Road (266-308 even numbers only), Almond Avenue (1-12), Cherry Grove, Westwood Close, and Hartsholme Drive (1-24, and 25-77 odd numbers only).
