Sibthorp

Sibthorp conservation area is a small urban housing area which includes most of Sibthorp Street together with a small section of Nelthorpe Street. It is an exemplar of late Victorian housing development off High Street as the workforce and population expanded in Lincoln. It occupies an area of 0.82 hectares.

The conservation area contains 49 unlisted terraced houses, it also contains part of a Scheduled Ancient Monument (St Mary’s Guildhall). There are no listed buildings within the conservation area.
