The conservation area covers the estate village of Revesby. It then moves along the A155 and the then spreads north to take in much of Revesby Park. In total the conservation area covers 9.25 hectares.
The conservation area contains residential properties and agricultural buildings. However, most of the conservation area is green open space.
The conservation area contains 7 listed buildings all of which are Grade II listed except for Revesby Abbey and stable yard (c. 1845) which is Grade I listed.
