North Rauceby

The conservation area encompasses all of the properties within the village of North Rauceby except for St Peter’s Row to the east of Main Street. The boundary follows the property and churchyard boundaries but also the boundary of the green space of the market cross at the junction of Main Street and Church Lane. The conservation area covers a total of 4.34 hectares.

The conservation area is predominantly residential.

The conservation area contains 5 listed buildings including the Grade I listed Parish Church of St Peter (C12, C13, C14, C15, chancel rebuilt by S.S. Teulon in 1853).
