Nettleham

The conservation area includes all of the older parts of the village; East Street, which features a group of old stone cottages and provides an attractive introduction to the conservation area, Chapel Lane with its impressive terrace of houses, The Green which is one of the main focal parts of the village, Church Street which leads from The Green towards the Church, High Street, the field to the south of which contains a Scheduled Ancient Monument, and Watermill Lane. It occupies an area of 18.01 hectares.

There are 22 listed buildings within the conservation area including; the Gates and Piers to Nettleham Hall (I) and the Church of All Saints (I). There are also 2 building of local importance.
