Harmston

The village has developed in a rectangular form with roads leading out to the east and west linking it to the fields on the Heath and the Low Fields. It has an area of 19.22 hectares, and covers the northern half of the village around Blacksmith Lane, School Lane, Chapel Lane, Church Lane and High Street, as well as an area of parkland to the west of the village itself.

The conservation area is primarily residential.

There are 11 Grade II listed buildings and 2 Grade II* listed buildings (Harmston Hall Hospital and park and All Saints church and churchyard) in the conservation area as well as 26 unlisted buildings of local importance.
