The conservation area is centred on the oldest standing building in Glentworth, the Church of St Michael (II*). The boundary includes the historically important buildings surrounding the church; it also incorporates a section of St George’s Hill which features Scottish Farmhouse (II).
The conservation area occupies an area of 5.11 hectares and features 5 listed buildings.
