A compact conservation area in a rural setting which incorporates the most historically important part of the village of Glentham; the oldest building in Glentham, St Peter’s Church (I), the Manor House and its trap house (Grade II Listed Buildings) which together form an important focal point for the present day settlement. Also included in the boundary is Seggimoor Farmhouse (II). The conservation area occupies an area of 5.00 hectares.
