Coleby

The conservation area covers the whole of the built village of Coleby as well as the grounds of Coleby Hall and open fields to the west of the village. Properties on Coronation Crescent and to the north side of Rectory Lane (to the east of Coronation Crescent) have been excluded from the conservation area.

The conversation area predominantly contains residential properties.

The conservation area contains 9 Grade II listed buildings, 1 Grade II* listed building (a country house (now divided into 2 houses) dating back to the 17th century) and 1 Grade I listed building (All Saints church and churchyard - C11, C13, C14, C15 and C19). There are also 2 unlisted buildings of local importance within the conservation area.
