Barrowby conservation area (part 2) has rural feel due to it containing a number of 18th century cottages and associated agricultural buildings off Low Road as well as grounds and paddocks to the rear of The Grange that contain a number of important trees and hedges.
The conservation area contains approximately 5 listed buildings all of which are grade II.
The conservation area covers a total of 6.8 hectares.
