West Deeping

The conservation are covers all properties in the village that front onto Church Lane, The Lane and King Street except for properties to the north of no. 30 (on the west side) and The Red Lion (on the east side, but including The Granary and the telephone kiosk). The conservation area also includes West Deeping Manor House and its surrounding grounds. The conservation area covers a total of 21.71 hectares.

The conservation area is predominantly residential.

There are 19 listed buildings in the conservation area. These include The Manor House (Grade II* - originally 15th century and c. 1634 but extended and altered in 1920s) and the Church of St Andrew (Grade I - early C13, mid C13, early C14, late C14, C15, 1676, 1803, restored C19).
