Welbourn

The conservation area covers a total of 26.48 hectares and takes in most of the built village. The only parts excluded are the western parts of Hall Orchard Lane and Dycote Lane.

The conservation area is primarily residential.

There are 19 listed buildings in the conservation area including 1 Grade II* (Welbourn Manor - Small country house. Early C14, C15, C17 and heavily restored 1904) and 1 Grade I (St Chad's church and churchyard - C12, C13, C14, C15. 1854 restored 1884).
