Pinchbeck

The conservation area of Pinchbeck is linear in form and incorporates properties and open spaces to the east and west sides of Church Street/Spalding Road. It extends from just north of Wardentree Lane in the south to just south of Birch Close in the north.

The conservation area is primarily residential in nature.

There are 12 Grade II and 1 Grade I listed building in the conservation area (St Mary’s church - C12. C13, C14, C15, 1855, chancel rebuilt by Butterfield 1861).
