Manthorpe

The conservation area is basically linear in form, enclosing the buildings fronting either side of High Road and Low Road, which converge at the southern end. To the north, Low Road turns westwards to provide a narrow and enclosed link to High Road. A further lane midway connects the two roads, and extends eastward to the village hall. The conservation area covers a total of 5.87 hectares.

The conservation area is primarily residential.

There are 27 Grade II listed buildings within the conservation area.
