Long Sutton

The conservation area boundary runs east from Folds Lane to Seagate Road and thereby incorporating West Street, Market Place and the church and churchyard. It then follows the boundary of the sports fields before turning south towards the junction of five roads (High Street, Market Street, Market Place, Park Lane and Bull Lane). It then follows the rear of properties to the north of Market Street before heading south cutting across Bull Lane and Market Street.

The conservation area is a mixture of residential and commercial properties.
