Harlaxton

The conservation area boundary runs down High Street and follows the rear of the property boundaries to the south of Gregory Close before turning north up Trotters Lane. It then follows the A607 before turning south down Rectory Lane and encompassing the properties to the north of West End. The boundary then crosses the south of the village thereby including all of Rectory Lane, Pond Street, Church Street, Swine Hill (except for the 20th century development) and High Street (except those to the west from Gregory Close and to the north of no. 19 on the east side). The conservation area covers a total of 23.42 hectares.

The conservation area is predominantly residential.

There are 55 listed buildings in the conservation area all of which are Grade II.
